Employment Consultant that specializes in the placement of engineering and technical professionals.Duties:-Use various resources to search for qualified candidates.-Interview candidates and write thorough notes based on conversation.-Cold call companies to develop business and cultivate relationships.-Gather information from hiring manager to determine necessary job qualifications.-Write job descriptions and post information internally and externally. -Continually follow up with employers in order to foster a good relationship.-Research company information and prepare interview documents for candidates.-Prepare applicants for interviews with all necessary information. -Follow up with candidates and employers after interviews to determine interest.-Negotiate an agreeable offer between employers and applicants.-Follow up with placed applicants and employers to ensure a smooth hire transition. -Provide training sessions and advice for new Recruiters.Awards: Nine-Time Bell Ringer Award Winner and Two-Time Presidential Circle of Excellence Award Winner
