As required, functions as Project Team Leader for documentation actions that affect MSCoE and support DOTMLPF across the maneuver support enterprise.• Creates and maintains long range planning for Engineer cyclic TOE and Section 1 reviews and coordinates with multiple organizations tasked with assisting in the process. • Maintains proficiency in the use of required automation tools/software including, but not limited to: Force Management System (FMS), FMS Web suite, Cloud Programming, Budget and Execution (cPROBE), Cloud Equipping (cQuiP), and Microsoft Office to accomplish tasks.• Completes cyclic TOE reviews ensuring accurate documentation and correctness of organizational structures in both Section I and Section II requirements.• Reviews equipment by Line-Item Number (LIN) to confirm proper documentation and continued relevance.• Recommends adjustments to TOE documents by preparing and submitting summaries identifying documentation inaccuracies and recommended corrections that support organizational MMEWR to the U.S. Army Force Management Support Agency for proper documentation.• Conducts comprehensive review and analysis of both MSCoE and non-MSCoE proponent BOIP Feeder Data and BOIP Narrative Guidance.• Using approved unit quantities, provides draft BOI guidance to Capability Development community during the development of Capability Requirements Documents, ensuring accurate representation for MSCoE-managed TOE organizations.
