Responsible for overseeing the strategic management of professional organizations and advisory boards across the portfolio of products at Amylin by leading the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams for required input, leading interactions and reporting outcomes to the Executive Committee, and working with Medical, Marketing, and Corporate teams to ensure needs are met.

Overseeing strategic development and implementation of on-label educational content and messaging for 2 first-in-class medicines for treatment of diabetes by overseeing the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams for required input, delegating appropriate tasks to direct reports, and by ensuring timelines are adhered to.

Responsible for creation, development, and implementation of novel programs and advisory boards for 2 first-in-class products to diverse groups of healthcare professionals.

Lead a first place sales team of 5 to cover sales in CA, NV, AZ, NM, HI providing sales support and proactive sales development strategies, focusing on high client care standards and increasing sales by enhancing product awareness, TM development, and physician relationships to maximize prescription of products.

Worked to ensure face-to-face physician education was complete in Southern CA; serve on ad-hoc Medical Affairs teams.

Started a company on premise of bringing fructosamine test from the lab to point-of-care (POC). Developed finger-stick test and scaled the product so the test could be manufactured, worked with vendor to manufacture automation device, and lead a team to optimize the science and test size. Was instrumental in building a sales force and managing a sales territory for the office and at home diabetes testing kits. Lastly, lead a team to support the product through customer experience and technical support. While helping many people with diabetes maintain control of their disease, we were also able to sell the product to Boston Medical Products and drive a successful business model as well.
