Bachelors of Communications Media at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Associates in Theater Arts from Washington and Jefferson College. While my time at W&J, I was a member of the football team, where we won back to back PAC Championships. I was an actor for the theater department and apart of the comedy club. I transferred from W&J to IUP to pursue a degree and more training in all types of media. I created a radio show for WIUP-FM and continued it to WIUP-FM. I started a country music show called, "Country with Cowboy Curt" where I played different types of country songs for my listeners. I created a Facebook page and used Twitter to update listeners on what I was playing or talking about on my radio show, and also to ask for requests or talking points people wanted to talk about. I was able to connect my show with thousands of students at IUP and other college students who streamed my show via the internet. I was a news anchor for the IUP News Center and a sports analyst for WIUP-TV "The Big Hit" where I specialized in talking about football, basketball, and NASCAR. I interned at CBS Radio in Pittsburgh for KDKA-AM where I was a programming producer and news reporter. I was hired by 93.7 The Fan as the Pittsburgh Pirates Producer for broadcasts of the games. This led to my big break which launched my career. I was the Co-Host and Producer on WDSY-FM Y108. I started as a stunt man on the morning show “Broadway’s Backyard” which turned into a co host position after a few months. I was then approached to be apart of a brand new show. It would be completely different than any other radio show in country music radio. Myself and my team worked together and came up with the show, “Y’d Awake on Y108!” We built the show from scratch and brought live and local content across the air waves. Since 2015 after I graduate college, I knew i wanted to make impact on children's lives through sports. I knew how much it helped me grow as a person and I wanted to give back so I became a high school football coach for Freeport Area High School varsity football team.I am a marketing and pit crew member for multiple and successful dirt late model teams where I work on the car and reach out to company’s to get sponsorships and business relationships.Currently, I am a family man who is working to provide for my beautiful wife and amazing children.
