Curt has 25 years of experience bringing complex digital initiatives to life for Fortune 500 brands. Since the web’s inception, Curt has mentored teams of business analysts, information architects, and interaction designers toward the creation of digital products and experiences that surprise and delight users with their simplicity, while also moving the needle for his clients. Having facilitated hundreds of client and end-user work-sessions, whether it’s usability testing or stakeholder workshops, Curt is at his best when trying to elicit honest, unambiguous input from users and executives. He’s also, admittedly, a bit of an efficiency “wonk” always interested in optimizing and streamlining his team’s methodologies to deploy solutions faster. He's currently focused on the intersection between AI and UX and what that unique interplay will mean for users and products. Curt is currently Partner and Interaction Design Director at Brand Studios, where he's been crafting digital experiences for over 15 years. Throughout his career, Curt’s had the opportunity to partner and collaborate with some of the world’s most recognized companies and brands, including General Electric, General Motors, IBM, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, Raytheon, Delta Airlines, and Stryker, amongst others. Prior to joining Brand Studios, Curt held Vice President and Director roles within Digitas, Publicis, and Modem Media where he focused on developing teams that would thrive in the then-nascent UX disciplines of Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
