Served as key player on seven major projects including third-party credit cards, visual supply/services, closures, clearances and inventory consolidations.Ensured SOX-compliant recognition of vendor allowances. Needed to ensure merchandising organization complied with redefined method for recognizing vendor allowances. Established policies in Macy’s NW division and trained each family of business, resulting in no negative impact to resultant family of business gross margin rates. -
