At Zmack, we believe life is improvised.Since 2009 we've been performing hilarious and amazing improvised theater in three languages at venues in Shanghai and around Asia. We also maintain the Zmack Improv Training Center to coach budding actors in four levels of improvisational theater in the iO Chicago style.We've developed a system based on our seven pillars of improvisation: Acceptance/Agreement, Active Listening, Trust, Chivalry, Presence, Top of your Intelligence, and Commitment - which can be applied in many aspects of life including within organizations.ZmackWorks specializes in Innovation and Creativity Training, as well as Presentation Skills, Cross-Cultural and Cross-Functional Communication, Change Management, and Teambuilding.
