As the Lead Online Content Manager I am responsible for acting as a first-stop for questions, trouble-shooting, and on-boarding for OCM's of 31 of Section V's sponsored sports. I work closely with Section V administrators and key stakeholders to determine best practices and a monitor content for tone and consistency. Within this role, I am the OCM for Section V boys basketball and girls basketball, creating all online content for web and social media platforms. In that capacity I have achieved sustained, steady growth through consistent and reliable content generation, scheduling, and response. I also serve in an advisory role on both the Section V boys and girls basketball committees.

My passion within this role is projects - specifically projects designed to make processes within the organization more efficient from a time and/or cost perspective. This role has given me the opportunity to expand my credibility within the organization, as I am often asked to present my projects and ideas to co-workers from many different departments, including senior management. I can be given a very vague idea or assignment and turn that initial idea into an action plan, then see the plan through to completion.
