I acted as the key program liaison for Global Media and Infrastructure Technologies teams (MIT), including networking, telecommunications, storage/server, cloud engineering, content distribution, affiliate services, broadcast engineering and operations.Significant Accomplishments:- Led a large-scale Agile transformation across MIT. This effort included getting buy-in from 27 teams and over 150 technical staff in the US and Europe via compelling presentations of the benefits of Agile, rather than top-down mandates and then the training of these teams over the course of a year.- Establishment of cross-functional teams and programs within the portfolio to break down long-existing siloes. Increasing efficiency amongst dependent teams.-Coordination of FY17 and FY18 capital and operational budgets across the portfolio, successfully reducing business-as-usual costs, and not increasing net new development projects costs?
