Within the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, I work closely with inbound prospects to determine how our products can help them best run their businesses. As a Career Ambassador for Brand Awareness, I plan, design, and collaborate with the Manager of Communication and Special Projects to help with the Aspire Center's (Career Development Department) overall creative needs. I'm in charge of creating, designing, and delivering printed and digital marketing materials and content for both internal (on-campus community) and external (public) audiences.

I've learned a lot of useful interpersonal and professional skills while working at the Division of Student Affairs office. In the office, there is never a dull moment; something is always changing, and a new duty must be accomplished. I appreciate the day-to-day problem-solving aspect of my profession. On a regular basis, I deal with the Dean, Assistant Dean, Student Success Advisors, and a large number of students. Answering phone calls regarding the college, producing student IDs, assisting students with advising tasks, and data entry were among my responsibilities.

With the help of the chairman of Carthage College's Finance and Accounting department, I wrote a research report on the ongoing farmer protest in India. To better prepare my thesis, I conducted my own research by reading publications and speaking with specialists who are currently analyzing this topic. The paper's major goal was to determine if India should publish or privatize its agriculture.

As the Security Analysis and Portfolio Management class tutor, I made sure that all of the students were up to date on the class's current assignments. I also arranged study sessions in preparation for future exams and finals. I also conducted one-on-one sessions with students who needed assistance with their final assignment, which required them to create their own portfolios, which are collections of investments.

I assist with marketing events on the Carthage Campus as a Milwaukee Bucks Brand Ambassador. I assist in the setup of campus tabletop events to promote and sell discounted tickets to college students. I'm also in charge of posting promotional content to the Bucks' social media platforms.

I initiated sales interactions with prospects in the tax and accounting software sector as a software sales intern at Bloomberg, explaining the value of the company's fixed assets software and tax planning solutions to mid-market enterprises. Developed relationships with Bloomberg stakeholders and obtained knowledge into business needs related to calculating fixed asset depreciation, corporate tax filings and audits, and tracking/modeling state NOLs for tax reasons. Every day, I called 50-60 potential clients and emailed 25-40 others, as well as researching new prospects to set up meetings for future business.

As a sales intern at American Deposit Management, my team and I created Marketplace banking, a new method to manage your money. I worked as a teller at Blackhawk Community Credit Union, where I helped members with account-related concerns such cash withdrawals and bill, loan, and mortgage payments. Before my shift began, I received the day's working cash and tallied it. I balanced checks and cash at the end of the day to ensure the vault was balanced.
