— Directly oversaw daily operations, including the sales and marketing, customer support, onboarding, and software development teams to encourage maximum performance and morale, resulting in a revenue increase of 35% in 2020 and 49% in 2021— Revamped the marketing program, providing creative direction and content development, leading to a 20% increase in customers since 2020— Set company performance goals, analyzed internal operations to identify areas of improvement, and developed and implemented new strategies to address those— Developed and hired new team members focused on feature creation, adoption, and customer satisfaction— Oversaw the integration of an embedded payments platform to increase transaction revenue by 2.5x

- Conceived and executed comprehensive program of health care philanthropy, including grants submission and management, individual giving, direct mail, and capital campaigns resulting in nearly $5 million in total revenue- Researched, designed, wrote, and submitted 40+ individual and collaborative grant applications; received funding through Bay Area and Southern California organizations- Conceived, designed, and produced comprehensive branding, marketing and community outreach materials, including corporate identity package, print materials, and digital media to increase awareness of service/program offerings- Drafted, edited, and adapted and repurposed content for internal and external corporate communications, including marketing and philanthropic copy, public relations, advertising, correspondence with stakeholders and internal business operations- Cultivated relationships with community partners, developed and lead teams of CBOs devised and managed programs coalescing multiple university departments in efforts to provide comprehensive, high-impact community health programming

- Managed branding and promotional aspects of large-scale, ancestry project documenting the historical significance and journey of nine families, among eight ethnic groups, across three generations; captured "coming-of-age" stories of families who immigrated to Stockton, CA- Directed art and media committees of 20+ community and university professionals in development and execution of all promotional/presentational items, including an interactive and mobile exhibit, a project CD-Rom, and photography collection• Developed and implemented communication plan outlining project publicity and marketing tasks• Transcribed and edited dozens of family stories for coherency, content, and appeal to be inlcuded in book about STOCKTONSpeaks! project
