Since 2016, through my own legal structure, I am also acting as Senior Executive Consultant and have delivered several worldwide assignments to pharmaceutical, R&D and biotechnology companies.In 2018, I joined the Univercells Group to successfully complete the journey from start-up to scale-up, planning an IPO. In May 2020 I also took over the accountability as General Manager to launch and expand one of the group affiliates, Unizima, whose business model is the transfer of bioproduction and healthcare capabilities & infrastructure for their use in LMICs (Latam, Africa, Asia).My economics background allows me to formulate strategic objectives and my drive for results enables me to translate them into actionable plans.
