Working under the guidance of the current two senior production managers, responsibilities are as follows:Production planning - Creating daily production plans for the processing of 1.5 million litres of milk a day, at peak. Continuously adjusting based on CIP requirements, unplanned downtime and availability. Distribution - Coordinating the logistical operations of 200+ tonnes of product a day, moving to both external storage and customers.Traceability - Implementing processes to allow automatic traceability of all products, to conform to Department of Agriculture standards.Process loss - Increasing plant efficiency through reduction of product losses.
