- Support Sales teams in the pursuit of increased sales and profitability through promotion of tailored product that meet oor exceed our customers expectations.- Participate to product strategy definition and promotion according market segmentation.- When problems rise, organize a fast coordinated effort with specific skillsets (Manufacturing, R&D, ...) to reach and implement verifed solutions- Identify gap in our product portfolio and/or materials and push R&D to develop new technology- Regular Visits to customer and when necessary, audits of manufactruing plants to ensure they uphold our quality standard ("Be the voice of Customer")- Plan and participate with training of Sales teams- Monitor competition activity

Provide dedicated technical leadership and support to the Viso product managers thereby enhancing the communication and interaction between the field and the Marketing and Technology (M&T) organisation, enabling:· product solutions for customer needs to be brought to market in the shortest time possible.· improved co-operation with product managers and sales to identify, quantify, prioritise and implement new and future product developments in response to market requirements· closer collaboration with other product managers, manufacturing and M&T to analyse and resolve Customers complains in an effective and sustainable manner · more comprehensive troubleshooting support and technical marketingEvaluate customer needs to propose new or alternative solutions

Development engineer on refractory for steel making industry. I lead some international projects in refractory for continuous casting process. We are working on graphite refractories and developing new product to support our customers and/or new process to help our manufacturing plant.I'm working close with our research team in USA, as well as our system development team.
