Prior to becoming a business owner in 2009 worked for John Lewis in their IT System Support and Training department. My company provided support to Primary Schools between 2009 and 2019. I employed 2 staff and aside from domain administration, sold hardware and services. Server and Domain experience includes;Linux administration: DNS, DHCP, Apache HTTPD, SELinux and MariaDB on RedHat and openSUSE distributions.MS Domain administration: ADDS, WDS, WSUS, Group Policy, WinXP - 10 deployment, configuration and management.Cloud: Azure deployment, MS365 ManagementGoogle Workspace: Deployment and ADDS integration, ChromeOS configuration and management.Security: Wazuh, Sophos Intercept X, Malwarebytes, MerakiITSM: ITIL management process. Zabbix monitoring, iTOP ITSM management, Policy development and Security awareness campaignsProgramming: Python, BASH and Powershell.Personal projects include Docker/Kubernetes deployments, malware analysis, secure configuration testing (red/blue teaming).Since the close of the business have been employed at a South London Trust as IT Manager - Special Operations, focusing on Policy and Security and now IT Network Manager at St Mary's Catholic High School.
