• Responsible for tender review for packages valued up to $5m as well as estimating all aspects of labour, materials and equipment build ups for commercial works with a large component of civil works
• Procurement of materials, plant, equipment, sub-contractors and labour within budgetary constraints

• Promote a central place for innovation and business improvement where a dashboard is updated and visually displayed
• Am the single point of accountability for the delivery of services under the contracts
