• Responsible for tender review for packages valued up to $5m as well as estimating all aspects of labour, materials and equipment build ups for commercial works with a large component of civil works• Procurement of materials, plant, equipment, sub-contractors and labour within budgetary constraints• Develop business capability in line with company strategies and growth expectations• Promote a central place for innovation and business improvement where a dashboard is updated and visually displayed• Am the single point of accountability for the delivery of services under the contracts• Ensure that the project financial performance achieves and exceeds budget targets• Create a culture that fosters high performance mindset
