Check the phone book; but there are 37 listings for P. Parker around the country, so which one (if any) is him? Electoral Roll? there might be 20 Peter Parker listed around the country, again which one if any is him? What if he isn't currently on the electoral roll or has moved overseas. Short of going to the expense of hiring a PI who specialises in finding people often it is a dead end. So in this case Peter Parker may never get his $10,000 back because we can't find him.
