-Led town halls with a group of 5 coworkers around DEI efforts for the STEM department, creating a place for students and professors to discuss effective distance learning methods, resulting in most of the department recording lectures-Designed a diversity week in the STEM department including education on inequities in engineering, voluntary nametags inviting discussions around identity, challenges to raise awareness about difficulties facing disabled students
