Belong, a key player in Telstra’s brand portfolio, was established to disrupt the market with simple mobile and home internet plans, targeting a rapidly growing sector. As a Brand Lead at Belong, I led within the team a comprehensive, through-the-line brand transformation, elevating Belong from a start-up to a formidable competitor in the industry. Our team successfully launched Belong’s mobile services, achieving an impressive activation of 50,000 services within just six months.
