My main responsibility includes customer’s credit authorization and review, customer’s credit volume and credit risk analysis, relative operation in SAP, credit process optimization, etc. Before I come, there is no such credit management sense in the department but only a couple of simple reports. After I join, one colleague and I build up the complete and standard credit performance system to evaluate the credit risks and benefits for different regions and customers in Siemens China.
