Handles the daily manners of business but also helped create and implement a new vision for the Restaurant. Did the scheduling of service staff, hiring and training of new staff, as well as doing F&B orders, administrative tasks and the handling and resolving of conflicts on the work floor.

Manager at Frenzi Amsterdam, a mediterranean restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam. Hired and trained new staff, made the schedules for service staff and worked on an 45+ hours per week basis. Spoke with representatives of multiple F&B suppliers and co-created new menus.
