Private consultant for 18 years conducting complex financial investigations involving healthcare fraud, asset forfeiture, domestic and international asset tracing, FCPA, financial institution fraud, money laundering, income tax, defense contract fraud, and investor fraud allegations. While with IRS also held the positions of Healthcare Fraud Coordinator, Asset Forfeiture Coordinator (AFC), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), Savings & Loan Fraud Coordinator and Public Information Officer. Served for 2 years as the onsite project manager of the Financial Crime Prevention Project, an anti-corruption/financial crime prevention project co-located with the Central Bank of Indonesia in Jakarta Indonesia. Investigations and projects included matters involving the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Bahamas, Caymans, Dominican Republic, Antigua, Ukraine, Canada, Pakistan, Nigeria, Qatar, Australia, Thailand and Brazil. Consulted onsite with the Central Bank of Yemen, the Central Bank of Malawi, the Government of Antigua and provided advisory services to the Governments of Mongolia and Russia. Previously served as criminal justice faculty member at University of Phoenix - Tampa Campus (Ethics in Criminal Justice).
