-Managing director over budget, policies, procedures, service plans, as well as facility operations/management -Oversee and manage all career development for staff of 15-Direct oversight of our annual budget-Voice of the program within the Juneau community including all public and private forums

-Ran a 30-bed sober living transitional living program for adults-Coordinated entry and exit of the program, working closely with community partners to find sustainable permanent housing. -Voice of Juno house to the larger Juneau community - creating a dialog with residents on issues of homelessness and prevention programs

-Founded and ran the first-and-only all boys leadership camp focusing on critical issues within the Cape Verde culture including HIV/AIDS education, gender relationships, parenthood and alcoholism.-Created partnerships with four local institutions to provide services and funding to foster community support for each program.-Developed sustainable dance and art classes for local girls shelter and ran weekly meetings including all one-on-one interactions with shelter leaders and residents
