This year long placement involved working for Walt Disney World for 12 months. I worked for 6 months of my programme as a lifeguard. I was trained at one of the waterparks and 4 resorts. This role had a high level of responsibility and authority. For the second half of my programme, I was placed in a retail merchandise role in several stores within Magic Kingdom in which 60,000 guests visit daily. This role consisted of going above and beyond with guest interaction, completing transactions, stocking/delivery duties, hat embroidery, watch sizing and many other responsibilities.
