Leveraging partnerships with local businesses, I attracted volunteers more representative of our mentee demographics. I enhanced volunteer and mentee processing, streamlining onboarding procedures for over 100 new volunteers. As the Custodian of Records for the Department of Motor Vehicle and Intellicorp, I managed agency data, including background checks and metric protocols, demonstrating adept inquiry and lead management skills for effective volunteer engagement and conversion.

-Receive, scan, and dispatch packages-Make routes for the Flex Drivers, so that deliveries are organized-Data entry for the volume of packages, drivers, and associates

-Facilitated educational workshops about higher education to low income high school students-Tutored in an onsite math class for a low income public middle school-Mentored middle and high school students by scheduling fieldtrips, home visits, and phone calls on a bi weekly basis.

-Assisted the central office with unit level improvement projects for the residence and the office itself-Projects such as maintenance, general cleaning, painting etc. in order to improve the facilities and housing for the students at an efficient and low-cost rate.

-Trained new team members and communicated new changes or scheduling questions-Administered the cafe by preparing a variety of foods and providing hospitality to customers -Ensured all food items were prepared following the proper sanitation and safety procedures

-Properly filed and keyboard classified documents such as correspondences, memorandums, subpoenas, police reports etc.-Shadowed multiple attorneys in court and meetings-Delivered files and documents to other departments in City Hall
