Manage customer forecast, purchase orders, and generate preliminary master schedule.Create and manage work orders, deviations, build readiness, sales orders (invoicing).Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to review proposed changes and establish Engineering Change Order (ECO) affectivity. Execute ECO implementation requirements.Communicate with customer on schedule commits and ECO implementation.Coordinate the build/shipment schedule with engineering, production, quality, warehouse and Ops management team for one/multiple products.Troubleshoot problems that occur during production & NPI builds, including capacity constraints and material non-conformance and/or shortages as they arise.Work with Material Planning team in Thailand to ensure that the materials for the project is ready to meet the expected start date and any material non-conformities.Liaise with program management to develop revenue build plan and closely monitor the actual performance and drive for immediate corrective action and recovery plan in case there is potential miss to the revenue target.Update ERP system (Oracle) item master purchasing information including part lead times, MOQ, and sourcing rules.Purchase materials (unplanned shortages), expedite parts, resolve non-conforming part issues .Follow-up, track, and expedite goods/services purchases to meet production schedules.Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.Production Fulfillment

Responsible for inputting Bill of Materials (BOM) per the new product introduction (NPI) process and verifying completion of documentation packages.Evaluate content of customer's ECN's and analyze its drawings and bill of materialSetup new material in MRP system (SAP) for proper procurement and planning of materials

Ensures the assigned areas are replenished with adequate amounts of correct materials to supportproduction while maintaining accurate levels of material through accurate ERP transactions, accuratemaster data maintenance, effective communication, in depth analysis of material issues, and drivingeffective continuous improvements

The position is responsible for insuring accuracy in SAP at all times. By following the department procedures, this person must be able to perform at least 4 of the following jobs: stockroom clerk, shipping clerk, receiving clerk and line material handler II. In addition, this position includes reconciling inventory variances and adjustments accordingly as well as report line record accuracy to the supervisor and manager. On occasion, this person will act as a liaison between production control, production management, and the production line for issues related to inventory or shortages.
