- Guide and educate customers on benefits, use of plan, order status, and claims or inquiries.
- Identify issues and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians.
- Manage a high flow of customer calls, while meeting a variety of performance metrics set by leadership.
- Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all guidelines and best practices.
