As a tax advisor focused on Life Sciences sector, I have over 16 years extensive experience in tax advisory services for multinational companies and China outbound companies. I started my tax advisor career in 2002 in Big Four from general tax consulting (including IIT, corporate income tax, indirect tax, business setup, etc.). In 2006, I became specialized in advising transfer pricing for intercompany transactions. I served dozens of Fortune 500 MNCs and during the recent 5 years being more focused on advising China outbound companies on their businesses and tax planning. I assisted several China outbound companies to reduce tax risks and achieve tax efficiency before IPOs.My industry expertise is primarily in Life Sciences, Health and Wellness sectors. My secondary focused sector is Technology. I am glad to see that these two sectors are converging, e.g., Life Sciences industry is integrating elements of Technology.
