As a real-time broadcast graphics designer, I was responsible for the construction and delivery of elements used in live broadcasts - mostly using Vizrt Engine technology for clients in the sporting industry - both domestically and internationally. I started as an editing junior at Network Ten, initially editing for Ten News programs (Ten Early News, Morning News, News at Five and Late News), as well as a news exchange operator.My role changed over the 2 and a bit years I was editing as I developed my editing skills. I also filled in for the Assistant and General managers while they were on leave a number of times, as well as providing administrative support in a number of areas including staff rosters, IT point-of-sale support and training of new software.After completing my university degree, I decided to ask the corporate office for some work experience in their IT department, leading do my time as an IT consultant and ultimately to a job in their digital team, which was when I left the job at the cinemas.
