In this Division We work & look all the activities related Material procurement for the completation of project. I am responsible the capital items (machinery), logistics, Electerical, Hardware etc.After Start of Production:-1) Responsible for all the activities from the requistion from user to payment of vendor. ( Looking ERW Raw material, High Mast Raw material, Machanical & electerical Items) 2) Co-ordination with plant for material, Store for material receiving, bills & A\cs for payment.3) New vendor development to avoid monopoly

Lighiting division is wellknown in Lighting & Lumaineries Industries in India and abroad.Responsibilities at Lighting Division, Kashipur1) Looking all the activities related to Raw and Packing material.2) All the planning based on Monthly Production Planning.3) New vendor devlopment for packing and raw material to reduse the price and get good quality product.4) To inspir vendor for estblished their plant near principal plant. By this fright cost reduced from basic price of mateiral.5) Responsible for Inventory control as a member of core team - Proper Planning , Follow- up with supplier and marketing.6) Co-ordination with store and Plant to avoid shortage, to meet urgency.
