Dale Hill, CPA joined Homchick, Smith & Associates in 1981. He was a partner at Homchick, Smith and Associates for 27 years. He has over thirty years of experience in developing specialized tax planning ideas for individuals and businesses. He enjoys the challenges presented to him when consulting with family owned businesses and nonprofits. Dale understands the challenges of operating a successful organization. He served as a chief operating and financial officer for a global nonprofit for five years from 2008 to 2012. Dale's duties included the development and execution of a five year strategic plan. This involved upgrading the information technology to the 21st century, fund raising, overseeing a donor management and accounting software conversion to a worldwide audience, team development, cash flow management and succession planning. Dale and his wife Donna raised their three daughters in the Wenatchee Valley. Both, Dale and Donna are deeply involved and committed to the community and church. Dale is involved with nonprofit groups. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
