Account management activities in support of our largest client Cigna-HealthSpring.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Vice President, I was responsible for growing a $50 million dollar base. Provided leadership, direction and coaching to six Account Manager’s as they grew the revenue in their account modules. Sold Voice, VoIP, Data, IP including MPLS, Data Center space and Wireless/Mobility applications to enterprise customers.

Reporting to the Director of the BCS National Indirect Channel, I provided financial results for the Solution Providers, Hunters, Retail/eTail, “Online” and eChannel programs. Pulling data from numerous data warehouses I created a number of custom financial reports reviewed by the Directors and VP’s in the Indirect Channel. Provided financial analysis of the results to the Director during the monthly sales results calls.

Interviewed, hired, on-boarded and trained new Account Executives (AE’s) effectively so that they will exceed their initial sales quotas. Provided training for all incumbent seasoned AE’s on any and all job related subject matters. Developed training curriculums to fill knowledge gaps that helped solve business issues and problems.

Developed custom contracts, custom pricing and custom contract language for entire business product line for our Select Account business customers. Developed sales strategies to retain, grow and win new business.
