. Direct the activities and productivity of all departments, including sales, designers, developers, IT, account managers, social & digital team.. Acting as a project manager for mobile and web projects, preparing business & technical requirements documents for mobile and web projects.. Working on required presentations for digital media, mobile apps and web portal projects.. Set the whole project plan in terms of involved team, time estimate, cost estimate, deliverables and regular maintenance plan.. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company customer base.. Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.. partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Managing the digital and social media team• Supporting the sales team and preparing presentations and presenting digital solutions & plans to potential clients• Supporting the technical team in preparing proposals, presentations, wireframe and features list for website, mobile apps and SMS solutions to potential clients.• Working closely with the creative team in Jordan and Cairo office to guarantee delivering client’s requests. • Supporting and providing information for the sales team, technical team and business development unit in order to achieve their sales targets.

• Working closely with Sales team, visiting potential clients & presenting company’s services.• Gathering client’s requirements & handling the necessary analysis.• Preparing presentations and proposals for potential and existing clients.• Executing digital campaigns, using Facebook Advertisements, and dealing with digital agencies for media buying offers.• Working closely with the PM & technical team till delivering the projects & digital campaigns.• Acting as a focal point of contact between clients and technical team/PM.• Brain storming ideas for clients regarding digital advertising, website features and mobile apps as per their need whenever required.• Breaking down requirements into detailed business requirements document with all required features and modules to be presented to the PM for pricing and time estimate.• Follow up with the technical team and the client in all projects phases till final delivery.• Resolving conflicts and escalating issues if required.
