Service Administrator
Current- Service Net Planner management with PMs, Safety Recalls, and repairs from drive-ins / call-ins.
- Start Repair Orders.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicles with outside vendors.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling. Greet customers at the location and assists customers via phone and e-mail.
- Assist with parts inventories and cycle counts, procurement, and storage.
- Complete yard checks and safety inspections.
