I am the Managing Partner of a successful SME business consultancy and training practice started in 2004. I am a recognised business expert who specialises in developing the knowledge & skills of owner managers and giving them the tools to transform their business, in terms of bottom line growth and business & personal satisfaction. I have a high energy, motivational manner, that drives owner managers to work on their business. My experience ranges across all sectors of the economy and I bring that experience to bear both in the programs I teach and in the one to one time spent with owner managers, maximising their businesses & personal potential.Prior to setting up SME Matters, I spent 10 years in industry, holding senior Management roles at national and international level. I've managed quadruple growth figures in sales during my time as Sales Manager for an Irish Telecom Multinational and went on to grow their specialised consulting department thereafter. I have lectured in Smurfit Graduate School of Business on Organisational Renewal in SME’s. I also run SME company clinics for program participants in conjunction with Smurfit and run high impact Seminars and full day training events nationwide.
