For this reason I only hire exceptional talent and would always choose to work with a smaller high performance team rather than a larger more average group.I have a multinational business background having worked and studied in Ireland, Belgium and UK and working for companies based in USA, Belgium, South Africa, China, and UK.I founded Agile Networks in 2011 growing it to become the leading networking specialist in Ireland. Having built a profitable business around a focused niche against large incumbent rivals, in 2017 I sold Agile Networks to PlanNet21. This successful exit has reinforced my belief that business success is based on a close alignment of customers, employees, and suppliers all solving a common problem with a consistent plan.
