Joined Osborne Clarke Spain as Corporate Lawyer in 1999 and became a partner in 2008. I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate reorganizations and have wide experience in international deals. Ranked as a leading lawyer in Spain by Chambers Europe 2018 and Best Lawyers. As head of the Digital Business team in Spain, I advice numerous technology companies in corporate and commercial issues, and participate in programs and events organized by local organizations supporting ecommerce, entrepreneurs and innovation in Spain. I am also responsible for our Venture Capital practice in Spain, where I have represented many Spanish and international VC firms doing deals in our jurisdiction. I was educated at the University of Navarra, Pamplona, graduating with a Law Degree in 1996, then as LLM in 1998 from the IE Business School, Madrid.
