Directed and supervised cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, motivating team members, and optimizing their performance.In the projects, I worked on the definition of the Manufacturing Strategy (make/buy), Process design and simulation, cycle time definition, Assembly feasibility validation, BOE and tooling requirements, RFQ creation (Machinery and equipment), Supplier selection (technical support and Timing validation), potential Tier1/Tier2 Plant audits (+100 around Europe, America and Asia) assessing the quality, reliability, and compliance of their components, parts, and sub-assemblies.Construction site selection, preparation, layout definition and utility requirements, tryouts (In-out plant), Buy-off, Hiring and training, managed pre-production builds, monitored ramp-up activities and oversaw the final sign-off, ensuring a smooth transition to full-scale production

Responsible for the design, start-up, and execution of projects aimed at obtaining optimal exploitation of systems or processes in production departments such as Shipping, Crushing, Oleochemistry, Truck, Wagon, and Barge Unloading. My role included continuous improvement, management of projects, general control and supervision and investments with incidence in operation, as well as the generation of procedures and documentation. Some of my notable projects include the installation of dynamic scales for wagons, cost reduction of loading shovels, rebumping of the North Dock, installation of new loading conveyors (Hi-Roller) with a capacity of 1600 T/h for the South Dock, and the installation of a Grain Dryer

As a Project Manager, my role involved overseeing the installation and start-up of a glass processing plant on a turnkey basis. My responsibilities included supplier development, negotiation for machinery and installation, design and planning, lay-out and workflow, development of a work team, and implementation of all processes functionally for a period of two months. Additionally, I was responsible for the generation of documentation, procedures, and work methods using LISEC, BOTTERO, and LANDGLASS machinery.

As a Plant Supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing and controlling plant operations, managing a team of 35 workers. My key responsibilities included Health and Safety, Personnel Administration, Quality Control, Work Order Control, production planning, reassignment of tasks, productivity indicators, KPI management, continuous improvement, and reduction of stoppages with root cause analysis. I was also the leader for the implementation of 5S methodology, and as a new installation leader, I oversaw the installation of the Lisec automated cutting line.

I was responsible for overseeing the Raw Materials and Packaging warehouse, where my duties included planning, reception, and sampling of materials, supplying production BOM, Inventory Control, SAP Key User, coordination of a work team of 14 people, TPM, Housekeeping, Zero Defect, Quality, Hygiene and Safety, Audits, 5S, Control Panel, Scrapping Forecast, budget planning and control, and project implementation. Additionally, I was responsible for S&OP Raw Materials.

My responsibilities included planning the local production exportation forecast for the entire Southern Cone, including logistics, production program, and demand planning. I was also responsible for supply planning of selective products for local demand from the US, UK, and France. Additionally, I was responsible for S&OP Finished Products.
