I led the science team at Washio, a now-defunct startup that provided on-demand laundry and dry cleaning services. We automated many logistical challenges, the largest being creating efficient routes for drivers to service the most orders possible. Other projects included scheduling drivers, forecasting demand, automating email targeting and delivery, and many more.
