Responsible for designing and implementing the performance sport programme for University of Bradford Sport.Key roles include strength and conditioning, athlete monitoring and performance analysis. Also have responsibility for more than 30 sports clubs ensuring they all have the opportunity to train and compete within national competitions. Currently rewriting University of Bradford Sport's strategy and developed the Universities first Sport Scholarship scheme.

Main responsibilities included the training and organisation of women's football for national competition. I had sole responsibility for ensuring the team were competitive and could perform to a high level. I improved many skills including leadership, management and comminucation as well as considerably improving my coaching ability. I also implemented a strength and conditioning programme for the club using the skills I had developed during other work commitments. I completed my Master's Degree alongside this role and was able to transfer the skills I developed on the course to my coaching sessions.The club had it's most successful season ever under my management which included a league and varsity double. A feat never before achieved by the club.

Throughout the 7 years I spent in sport and leisure I progressed from lifeguard to facility manager. My responsibilities grew alongside this to include management of more than 30 members of staff, finances and day-to-day business. I was able to develop very good personal management skills and developed strong working relationships with all of my colleagues. During this time I also assisted in the development of a new holistic health and fitness plan across the borough that helped improve facilities, income and ultimately customer satisfaction. I created numerous successful boot camps and training programmes that still run at present.

Main responsibility was to oversee the development of athletic performance for first team players. I designed and implemented periodised training plans and ensured all players were appropriately monitored. I produced reports for the coaching and medical staff to aid in the development of the team in terms of physical performance.In addition, I oversaw player recovery on a weekly basis and assisted with the rehabilitation of players from injury. I was also responsible for warm-ups and other preparation before training and matches.I gained significant experiences of using a range of monitoring tools including heart rate, GPS and other generic testing procedures.
