I have multiple years of experience in the Health and Human Service industry, ministry, consulting and coaching. I have a passion for teaching, speaking and training. I've been recognized by the Kentucky Senate, House of Representatives and US Congress and 2 State Governors for service to People with Disabilities. I've led conferences on leadership in Universities in Russia and Ukraine. I've had opportunity to speak and do presentations for companies, provide training and transformation coaching. My top strengths are Belief, Developer, Connection, Responsibility and Relater. I have strong skills in team development, leadership, financial analysis, Emotional Intelligence and creating a positive work and leadership environment. These strengths and skills have also been incorporated in my experience with global missions and development in several countries.
