As regional manager I was responsible for over 100 personal trainers and a management support infrastructure consisting of 11 personal training managers across 10 sites, all while maintaining my own personal training business.

As the operations and senior PT Manager I managed the operations of the 4000-member flagship club. I was also in charge of the recruitment and development of a strong team of 34 trainers, at the time it was considered the largest and most prestigious personal training teams in any commercial gym outside of London. Achieving 16-18% PT penetration rates, believed to be one of the highest in the industry within a commercial gym

Responsible for building my own portfolio of personal trainers, to mentor and build a PT culture within my three clubs (DW Trafford, DW Bury, DW Oldham). I also created and ran a successful bootcamp within the Chill Factore, which appeared in National Magazines and Newspapers. We also trained Stockport County F.C as part of there pre season which was shown on ITV and Sky Sports News.
