I am a Leadership and Management Coach and a Chartered Manager. I set my principles as growth, development and progress and use core values such as trust and motivation to support many clients to achieve qualifications in Leadership and Management. I believe in using coaching skills such as GROW to support clients in achieving their objectives of becoming more effective leaders and managers. Some aim for promotion and some aim for specific skills development such as time management, delegation and decision making through to project management. I coach in a manner that follows a journey through personal effectiveness, interpersonal excellence and operational performance. In short I believe it is important to understand ourselves, understand others and how to influence and translate that into performance. I am experienced in leading and managing on the operational and strategic aspects of business to continuously drive standards and performance for individuals and organisations.
