Hi there, I’m Dan, a qualified and experienced level 4 personal trainer in Frome.Exercise has always been a key part of my life; I was part of the school rugby and athletics teams, which led into a bout of specialising in 5K runs and mud/obstacle runs (spartan races). Throughout all of this, weightlifting and functional training has been a key part of my training. I am a very strong advocate of health and well-being - your health is a lifestyle which consists of both physical and mental elements, so I'll advise you on eating nutritionally and getting your body to function the way it should, all while helping you feel good. Having worked for Nuffield Health in a corporate environment in London, I have dealt with a wide spectrum of abilities and goals and I have learnt from some of the best personal trainers, physios and various specialists in the company.
