As a Lead Ministry Pastor at FBC Eugene, I oversee the ministry vision and strategy through nine pastors that lead local and global ministry programming.

My experience and passion is in developing globally effective leadership models, navigating organizational change, and value-based leadership styles. I have worked on the boards of two different non-profit organizations in Bolivia as both went through major organizational change. Our consulting work includes mega-churches, international schools, and development organizations (i.e. Compassion International), exploring organizational problems concerning leadership and organizational misalignment, financial development policies, micro-business training, and employee perceptions of servant-leadership values.

Overseeing all aspects of WorldVenture in Bolivia including supervision, recruiting, accounting, missionary care, team building, and networking with other organizations in Bolivia. Along with this, I work in innovation and new project development.

Built a Bolivian non-profit from the ground up including recruiting, fundraising, legal structuring, board development, accounting, project implementation, strategic planning, and sustainable leadership development.
