I offer customer service support, analyse user data, test live streaming services and communicate with our wide-range of clubs and partners, which include Premier League, EFL Championship and AVIVA Premiership outfits. Outside of match hours, I continue to provide customer service support, but also liaise with the clubs to plan ahead and timetable future events. I am part of a team that has implemented a new Service Desk user response system via JIRA, aiding the way that we reach out and communicate with our customers.
