Provided independent government oversight evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of contractor processes and procedures to ensure product assurance, quality control, and compliance to contractual requirements.- Developed and maintained a documented surveillance strategy for each contractor providing complex/critical products and services to the armed services. This effort established the appropriate surveillance methods, techniques, level of effort, and quality data evaluation to positively influencethe supplier’s performance.- Performed product examinations, process and procedure reviews, monitoring in-process workmanship, and final government inspection/acceptance for over 350 submarine sonar, sensor, and combat system components valued in excess of $1,000, 000 monthly.- Performed independent contract reviews to identify quality and product assurance requirements established by the procuring organization.
