The Director of Solution Design is responsible for departmental workflow process design, developing technical and process design expertise of resources within the department, and collaborating with Sales to develop new or existing opportunities. This position is accountable for the successful delivery of Knowledge Services solutions and the transition of delivered projects to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
