I am a sales leader with extensive experience across the adidas Wholesale, Omni, and Finance channels. I currently lead a team of two people and work with some of the largest volume retailers in the country such as TJ Maxx, Ross, and Burlington to build partnerships and sell our aged inventory at the best possible margin. I've had the privilege of learning under some of the best finance leaders at the brand and am skilled at forecasting, data analysis, and scenario planning.As a member of the Omni Inventory team, I have broad cross functional experience working with the Excess Management team to help achieve our excess inventory targets. I understand the importance of inventory and how impactful it can be on an entire organization. In addition, I partner with our supply chain network to collaborate and develop new processes that utilize our clearance partners to help resolve issues such as capacity and overstocked residual areas, cancelled dedicated and direct orders, and most recently a new market to market inventory transfer program.
