Devised and implemented a unique operational scheduling plan to accommodate a drastic increase in depot level repair requirements for the entire P-3C fleet of tactical aircraft, reducing overall time of repair and adding an average of 21 months of aircraft service life, while saving overall costs in excess of 77 million dollars to the United States taxpayer. The Maritime and Reconnaissance Force Representative to the Naval Aviation Enterprise and expert on all integrated readiness matters supporting 17 Active and 2 Reserve squadrons. Flawlessly managed the data compilation, dissemination and analysis of readiness information, identifying and prioritizing barriers to readiness production.
